WHO IS QUALIFIED FOR THIS PROGRAM?

This program is only applicable for candidates who are pursuing their final semester in any university UG/PG programs. If you have just started your UG/PG program or you have completed it, then you will not be deemed qualified. The second eligibility criterion is that you must reside in Bhubaneswar to take the benefits of this program.

• Since this is an internship program, your primary roles and responsibilities include following the instructions of your trainer/mentor. This program requires you to be a smart and fast learner and execute your responsibilities with sincerity and in due time.
• This program also requires you to be an efficient Microsoft Office user with proper Internet knowledge.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Must be a final semester student in a university program.
• Should have a strong ability to read, write, & understand English. English-speaking abilities are not necessary.
• Must have expertise with standard computer operations, i.e., MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Access, and the Internet.

• Front-end designing using HTML/CSS/JS and online tools

II. We are neither a training institute nor a manpower consulting company. We are a software development and digital marketing company. The internship program above is for final-semester students, whom we will hire and offer free training. During the 6 months of the internship program, you will only learn and sharpen your skills with practical exposure. There will be no salary options in this program.

III. There are no fees to apply for this program, or no fees to appear for the interview. This is a direct company internship program. Applying to this internship program does not mean immediate hiring. You shall have to clear a few rounds of interviews before getting selected for this position.

Yes, some of the interns will get an offer to join our team if they wish to do so after completing their internship and clearing their university degrees, although employment will be at the full discretion of the company.

Upon completing the internship program successfully, the candidates will get an experience letter with solid recommendations to increase their employability in the future at any other organisations.

What will be covered in this Internship Program?
While an internship is a training program, it’s the practical approach of the training not a course. So, there are no curriculum for such a program. You’ll learn about the various domains we are working with and get hands-on experience on how things work. So, you’ll learn a great deal about CMS such as WordPress, Joomla, etc. You’ll learn the usage of Digital Marketing and how it’s associated with every other kind of development.

So, to summarise, we are not a training institute nor we are selling a course to you. In this program, you will learn, how we work and what we work on. You’ll get to work on live projects as well. Digital marketing and SEO will be the front and centre of this program, along with other web development and web designing stuff, as and when the situation presents itself.
